From Passionate Brand Builder
To Passionate People Builder!
As an executive coach I collaborate with global executives, leaders of today and tomorrow, in businesses ranging from entrepreneurial to corporate. I help them achieve their career goals, broaden their leadership capabilities, successfully navigate challenges, and develop new mindsets and actions for lasting behavioural change.
My passion is helping others grow, and I do this by combining the experience gained as a seasoned leader with the skill and discipline of Executive Coaching. I accomplish this by leveraging over 25+ years as a marketing executive leading high profile consumer brands across the consumer-packaged goods, foodservice and retail sectors in both Canada and the United States.
I am credentialed through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). My academic training (CEC) was from the Royal Roads University’s Graduate Program in Executive Coaching. Additionally, I am certified as an Assessor for both the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 Assessments. I hold an MBA from The Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto, a BA and a BSc.
I am a constant learner and voracious reader of the coaching discipline, regularly attending conferences and webinars to remain current. Coaching is a journey toward personal mastery – and I am not sure there is a finish line.
Leading Great Brands
I have been fortunate to launch and/or lead some of the most iconic brands in Canada and the USA. I have built and led high performing marketing and R&D teams across CPG, Foodservice and Retail sectors, collaborating with C-suite colleagues to drive profitability, growth and brand metrics.
Helping Clients Grow
As a caring, candid, courageous partner in a progressive practice, l support and inspire leaders who want to unlock their true potential and exceed their grandest expectations of themselves.
I have worked with leaders in organizations of all sizes. I am particularly successful with CEOs/GMs and senior leaders due to my prior career as a senior executive and my ability to quickly understand their environment and pressure-points. In today’s ever-changing business climate, I believe that coaching is the best way to simultaneously develop leadership capacity and achieve strong business results. If the situation dictates, I share my executive experience if I feel it will add value. Coaching gives clients a ”leg up” – a competitive edge that their un-coached colleagues do not have. I ask challenging, sometimes uncomfortable questions, as I genuinely believe in people’s potential to grow.
It is a privilege to partner with driven leaders and contribute to their change efforts, and to help them become more effective in their organizations.
